The court rules ex-minister Raphael Tuju’s case will proceed

A case against former cabinet secretary Rafael Tuju, in which he is charged with giving false information to a person employed in public service contrary to the penal code, will proceed despite Tuju obtaining anticipatory bail from the high court.
