Crane falls on a moving train killing at least 31 people

At least 28 people have been killed after a construction crane collapsed on to a moving passenger train causing it to derail and briefly catch fire in Thailand north capital of Bangkok. The train that was travelling from Bangkok had 195 passengers on board ,with 80 people reported to have been hospitalized among them a one-year-old. However, this accidents are not uncommon in Thailand as this comes after a series of fatal accidents blamed on serious safety lapses. Thailand's transport minister has ordered an investigation into the incident as the fire has been brought under control.
