A court in Nairobi has allowed the Director of Public Prosecutions to withdraw charges against Three Directors of Nairobi Hospital who were arraigned in court on Monday. The three incuding chairman Barcley Mogere Onyambu, were set to face charges of failing to lodge financial statements with the Registrar of Companies before the prosecutors made the application. Enraged defense lawyers accused the prosecution of abusing the court process even as one other member of the Kenya Hospital Association, which owns and manages Nairobi Hospital, Ricardo Nyantika, was released by the Police.
