Almost five years after a tragedy that claimed more than 30 lives at Enziu River in Kitui County, the promise of change still remains unfulfilled. Despite repeated assurances from leaders, including a commitment by President William Ruto that a bridge would be completed by February this year, there has been no progress on the ground.
