Families still stranded in Kinoo following heavy rains

At Kinoo, in Kikuyu tens of families are counting losses after their homes were submerged residents say floodwaters swept away household items and damaged property, leaving many families stranded inside their houses for nearly three days as movement in and out of the area remains difficult. Residents are now appealing to the government and well-wishers for urgent assistance, while also calling for the construction of a proper drainage system to prevent frequent flooding in the area.
