Fighting erupts in South Kivu as DRC and Rwanda trade blame; 70 dead

Heavy gun fire between the Congolese army and the m-23 rebels has continued in south Kivu province eastern DRC region, as fresh fighting between the drc government and the militia escalated, barely a week after a ceasefire deal was signed by DRC and Rwanda. Kigali and Kinshasa have continued to trade accusations over who is responsible for the violence and violation of the peace deal signed last week in Washington DC.70 people are reported dead since the war broke out last week.
