Flood victims in Kisumu East remain stranded weeks later

About two hundred families from Kotunga village in Kisumu East are still stranded, two weeks after flash floods hit the area. One family is now living under a tree, with scores others living in squalid conditions after walls were destroyed by the raging waters.
