The Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission (EACC) has initiated the process of seizing over 113.8 million shillings from the bank accounts of former Nairobi county chief finance officer Jimmy Kiamba, his family, and associates. Following a supreme court judgment rendered on Thursday, the EACC will also auction property worth 500 million shillings believed to be proceeds of corruption, as Kiamba could not explain the source of his wealth.
