A 16-year-old boy from Turkana who had been imprisoned in the neighboring Ethiopia, for six months has been released. Arukuon Isekon, was imprisoned after he fatally hit an eight year old boy from Ethiopia’s South with a motorbike. Turkana Governor Jeremiah Lomurkai was at hand to receive the boy.
