Fuel shortage worsens, transport services hit across Kenya

The fuel shortage across the country intensified on Wednesday, with more towns affected as customers flocked to the few stations that still have fuel in towns such as Nyeri and Kisii. Many stations remain closed due to the shortage. The Kenya Transporters Association has warned that the situation is affecting transport services, even as Kenyans demand clarity from the government on whether there is sufficient fuel in the country.
