Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua now says the renewed push for an examination of the will of his late brother Nderitu Gachagua is politically instigated. In a letter to the president, the first wife of the late governor and her four children accuse a 'brother' to the deceased of defrauding the estate of the late governor. Rigathi Gachagua, however, says all beneficiaries as listed by his late brother have been accorded their fair share, dismissing the appeal by the first family as fishy and meant to malign his name.
