Gachagua, Duale clash over SHA debt and performance

DCP Party leader Rigathi Gachagua and Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale clashed over the performance and functioning of the Social Health Authority, with the former Deputy President claiming that SHA is set to collapse in 6 months. But in a quick rejoinder, CS Duale defended SHA's performance saying that up to 121 billion shillings has been paid to both private and public medical facilities since its inception 19 months ago.
