Former DP Gachagua has launched a scathing attack on President Ruto, accusing him of misleading Kenyans through the ongoing Africa Forward Summit and running what he termed a dictatorial administration.
Gachagua will issue a certificate to Kamau Ngotho, the DCP nominations winner for Ol Kalou by election.
