GOVERNMENT INTENSIFIES CRACKDOWN ON CRIME AND RELIGIOUS EXTREMISM IN MALINDI

The government has stepped up efforts to combat rising crime and religious extremism in Malindi, calling on residents to work closely with security agencies to help restore peace and safety. Speaking during a public awareness forum in Ganda Ward, Malindi Deputy County Commissioner urged residents to report criminal gangs, including the notorious Mawoza group, and warned against protecting offenders within the community.
