Hundreds of learners in Laikipia North are out of school following a wave of cattle raids that have forced families to flee their homes. Four schools, Soit Oundo, Kurum, Saramba and Seek, remain deserted as insecurity continues to grip the region, with more than 1,200 goats and 200 cows stolen in just one week.
