IEBC raises concerns over low voter turnout in Bungoma

Bungoma County has recorded a low turnout in voter registration. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), targets to mobilize more than 73,000 new voters, mostly the youth. The commission says the county registered less than 10% of its target in the last phase, raising concerns about participation ahead of the upcoming elections.
