The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission says it is prepared to conduct all the upcoming by-elections after securing funds for the exercise. Appearing before the National Assembly's Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee, the commission, led by its chairman Edung Ethekon, said the campaign period for the by-elections will run from the 8th of October to 48 hours before the election day.
