Young people in Jomvu Sub-County have received a major economic boost following the launch of a community car wash project aimed at creating employment and keeping youth away from crime, political violence, and drug abuse.
The initiative, sponsored by Presidential Political Affairs Adviser Karisa Nzai, includes a water storage tank and modern car wash equipment for the Mwamlai Car Wash Youth Group. Nzai said empowering young people through income-generating projects is key to reducing unemployment and improving livelihoods.
