Kakamega police seize stolen cement, arrest 8 suspects at affordable housing site

The officers said they received a tip-off from members of the public that cement was being stolen from the site, and that this was not the first time. Police rushed to the scene and arrested the suspects in the middle of the operation, although the site supervisor managed to escape.
