Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka has lauded the programme of holding national holidays’ celebrations in the counties saying it enhances infrastructural development in the host devolved unit. Speaking in Ulu, Kilome Sub-County, Makueni County Kalonzo however said counties deserve equal opportunities in development projects as a constitutional right.
