Kalonzo urges ODM to dump Ruto and join the opposition

Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka is wooing the Orange Democratic Party (ODM) to join the United Opposition, saying his political relationship with the party and the late Raila Odinga was built on strong ties, a shared vision, and common values in the fight for democracy and inclusivity. Accompanied by his dap-k counterpart, Eugene Wamalwa, in Yatta, Kalonzo who met a delegation from Murang’a County, urged ODM to consider that the “first bite of the cherry” should go to him, citing his long-standing political ties with the late Raila Odinga.
