    The Kenya International Investment Conference 2026 opened earlier today with the announcement of investment deals worth over 2.9 billion dollars an equivalent of close to 350 billion shillings, which the government says, are expected to create more than 63,000 direct jobs in the country. The investments, announced by President William Ruto, cut across key sectors such as agriculture, mining, manufacturing, healthcare, ICT, real estate, and energy, signaling strong confidence in the economy from investors.
