Kenyan Government approves use of Long-lasting HIV/AIDS drugs

Kenya has taken a major step forward in the fight against hiv, with the Ministry of Health recommending registration of a new long-acting hiv prevention drug. The decision comes at a time when the kenya aids response progress report 2025 shows a rise in hiv transmission for the first time in many years.
