Keumbu Goons’ victim Vincent Osiemo buried at his Gionseri village, Kisii

Vincent Osieomo, popularly known as Mapinduzi, who died two weeks ago during violent political confrontations at Keumbu market, was on Friday laid to rest in Gionseri village, Kisii County. There were renewed calls for political tolerance and peaceful campaigns ahead of the 2027 general election, during the burial, which was attended by opposition leaders and county officials, among others.
