Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has assured Kenyans that funds raised from the sale of government stakes in State-owned enterprises will be invested in the National Infrastructure Fund to finance critical infrastructure projects, including roads, dams, railways and airports, and will not be spent on recurrent expenses such as salaries or government vehicles.
