Police in Kisii have arrested two bodaboda operators over two separate defilement cases in Kitutu Chache and Nyamache in Kisii County. One of the suspects, a 34-year-old Julius Onduso Kebwaro, is said to have taken a 10-year-old girl to provide care but turned against her, defiled her, and impregnated the minor.
