Kisumu County Assembly Speaker Elisha Oraro says the county's new ultra-modern assembly complex is about 80% complete, with the remaining work focused on equipping the chambers and completing interior finishes. He said the county-funded project is expected to be ready by mid-August and will feature modern facilities, including backup generators, fire detection systems and emergency water pumps.
