Kitutu Chache MP Kibagendi charged with assault

Kitutu Chache member of Parliament Antony Kibagendi has been arraigned before a Narok court to face assault charges. Appearing before Narok resident Magistrate Esther Mwikali Mutuku Kibagendi was charged with an offense of assaulting Asterico Omariba on the 27th November last year within Kisii town causing him bodily harm. The case had earlier on been filed at a Kisii court but was referred to another Narok court. The legislator was released on a cash bail of 100,000 shillings with the case hearing set for 2nd of march.
