LSK seeks court review of fuel prices, calls them punitive

The Law Society of Kenya now wants the High Court to order a review of the current fuel prices, terming them punitive and a sabotage to the economy. In affidavits filed in court, the LSK wants the Ministry of Energy to make full disclosure on the usage of the petroleum development levy in stabilising fuel prices.
