Mount Kenya University has posted an impressive performance at the 98th Kenya National Music Festival, securing 19 overall wins, 25 second-place finishes and 14 third-place positions. MKU’s choir and verse teams excelled in several competitive categories, with the choir emerging top in Zilizopendwa with live instruments, as well as in adaptations and arrangements of popular gospel tunes and Kenyan secular songs under the Zinazovuma category.
