Mombasa MP Zamzam Mohammed opposes plans to toll Dongo Kundu Road

The proposed tolling system is part of the government’s strategy to raise funds for road maintenance and expansion. However, Zamzam and other Coast leaders have urged the state to find alternative funding mechanisms that do not disadvantage local residents or traders who rely on the bypass for transport and commerce.
