MPs hail the Court of Appeal’s ruling on NG-CDF

Kuresoi South Member of Parliament Joseph Tonui has lauded the high court ruling that gave life to the National Government Constituencies Development Fund. The MP said the fund has played a critical role in accelerating development at the grassroots and supporting education amongst the vulnerable communities. He has asked the petitioners to stop further legal battles.
