Mt Kenya University has called on county governments to invest in proper drainage systems in efforts to mitigate against flooding that has been experienced in several parts of the country. MKU Vice Chancellor Prof. Deogratius Jaganyi said if there had been good drainage, the flooding would not have been witnessed.
