Mudavadi faces questions on deal signed by Ruto & Sakaja

Members of the senate committee on devolution and intergovernmental relations have raised a red flag over what they termed as a takeover of the Nairobi county government functions by the national government through the recently signed cooperation agreement between the county government and the national government . Appearing before the committee, Prime Cabinet Secretary MUSALIA Mudavadi defended the deal, saying the 80 Billion shillings agreement was legal and meant to ensure Nairobi county gets more funds as a capital city.
