Multi-agency team begins probe into cause of South C building collapse

A multi-agency team drawn from different government agencies has begun collecting samples from the rubble of the collapsed building in South C Estate in Nairobi, with preliminary investigations pointing to sub-standard materials used to put up the building. At the same time, buildings adjacent to the ill-fated site remain at high risk, as the search and rescue mission nears the floors where 2 people are believed to have been buried under the rubble
