Museveni clarifies remarks on Kenya-Uganda fuel imports

In the meantime, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has changed tune over alleged foul play in the G-to-G fuel importation deal. Museveni now says his earlier remarks referred to arrangements in place before Kenya adopted the new importation model under President William Ruto. In an apparent about-turn, the Ugandan President has credited President Ruto with helping Uganda secure cheaper fuel imports. Seth Orlale reports.
