Nakuru Town East legislator David Gikaria will have to appear in person before the Electoral Code of Conduct Enforcement Committee of the electoral body, IEBC, to defend himself over voter bribery allegations during the ongoing by-election campaigns in Ol Kalou.The committee, while giving the orders, declined to proceed with the grilling after Gikaria twice sent representatives to appear before it.
