New policy in TVETs to improve quality and facilitate global recognition of Kenyan qualifications

The State Department for Technical and Vocational Education and Training says the new Kenya Credit Accumulation and Transfer System policy will enhance the quality and global recognition of Kenyan qualifications. TVET Principal Secretary Dr. Esther Mworia says the system allows employers to work closely with training institutions to shape industry-relevant curricula, while enabling students to transfer credits across institutions and levels of learning.
