President William Ruto has cautioned school heads against sending learners home over unpaid school fees saying the government has disbursed 44 billion shillings to support public education. The president assured leaner’s and parents that his government remains committal to ensuring uninterrupted access to education across the country. The Head of State further called for progressive politics devoid of tribalism and divisions saying he is committed to implementing agendas agreed upon with the late Raila Odinga.
