ODM dewhips Sifuna as Senate Deputy Minority Whip

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has been dewhipped as the Senate Deputy Minority Whip, following the ODM Party's latest action against the ousted former Secretary General. In a communication delivered by Speaker Amason Kingi to the Senate plenary, Migori Senator Eddy Oketch immediately took over the position. The changes come after a reported contested meeting of senators held in Minority Whip Ledama Ole Kina's office last evening.
