Odm leaders hold talks to end party wrangles

A day after the widow of the late ODM party leader Raila Odinga called for a truce within the ODM party, a section of ODM leaders, led by the party’s secretary general, Edwin Sifuna, held meetings in Nairobi to seek an end to the current crisis. Some of those who met say ODM is preparing to position itself as a strong opposition party next year, field its own presidential candidate, and restore unity within the party.
