Onfon buyers protest in Nairobi over phones being switched off despite payment

Hundreds of small-scale traders in Nairobi were left stranded for the better part of Saturday, after their Lipa Mdogo Mdogo mobile phones suddenly stopped working even after making the daily payments to the on-phone application.Many say they are counting losses as their customers are unable to reach them. As Maryanne Nyambura now reports, the traders stormed the company offices in Nairobi CBD, demanding answers.
