Opposition condemns arrest of fuel-price protesters

    The United Opposition leaders have condemned the arrest and prosecution of Kenyans who turned out to protest against the increase in Fuel Prices. Speaking in Kitui county, the leaders led by Wiper Patriotic Front Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Democracy for Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua among other leaders urged voters in Ukambani region to send President William Ruto home in the 2027 General election, accusing him of failing to cushion Kenyans against the high cost of living.
