Over 500 households displaced from various villages in Tana River

More than 500 households in flood prone areas IN Kone-mansa, Tana Delta, have camped at Marafa IDP camp for safety, after River Tana showed signs of flooding. Communities have taken heed of the early warning systems from different government and humanitarian agencies, urging them to move to safer ground and avoid THE loss of lives and property.
