Payroll fraud officers warned as government cracks down

Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes Geoffrey Ruku has warned public officers involved in payroll fraud that the Government will not protect anyone found stealing public funds through fraudulent salary schemes.
