President rewards Sabastian Sawe after record run with customised plates

President William Ruto has awarded marathon champion Sebastian Sawe 8 million shillings after he set a new world record at the London Marathon. Sawe set a new world record by breaking the record of 1 hour, 59 minutes, and 30 seconds in London to become the first man to run the marathon in under two hours. Luqman Mahmoud with the full report.
