President Ruto attends PS Oluga’s thanksgiving ceremony in Siaya

President William Ruto is currently in Siaya county for the thanksgiving ceremony of medical services PS DR. Ouma Oluga. The president who is in the company of ODM leaders and other senior government officials had earlier officiated the opening of the Siaya community digital hub in Bondo town. The president said the government will step up its efforts to increase the number of digital hubs in the country to ensure the youth get access to internet as one of the job creation mechanism.
