President Ruto declares firearms amnesty in Baringo

President William Ruto has given an amnesty to bandits with illegal firearms to return them to the government before the crackdown to mop them up from civilians begins.The President who spoke in Marigat Baringo County earlier today, during his tour of the region also lauded his new working relationship with KANU chairman Gideon Moi.
