President William Ruto has challenged Africa to take charge of financing its own health future saying the continent has the ambition innovation, and unity needed to deliver quality and affordable healthcare for all.
The president who spoke during on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, after a meeting on uniting global health also reaffirmed Kenya’s commitment to the African Leaders Malaria Alliance and the Zero Malaria Starts with Me campaign.
