The government is in process of equipping the 45 youth empowerment centers that have been constructed but remain unutilized.Speaking while receiving donation of ICT equipment from a German firm, Youth Affairs Principal Secretary Fikirini Jacobs revealed his state department had received budget for construction of another 134 youth empowerment centers in order to have at least a center in every constituency.
